Position: Office Administrator

 

Reports To: CEO & COO

 

Summary: Support our customers and growing company in administrative duties using our ERP system and other resources.

 

Job Description:

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

  • Ordering materials

  • Generating various business reports

  • Processing customer POs

  • Coordinating customer POs with production team

  • Spreadsheet manipulation

  • Generating customer quotes

  • Filing

Requirements:​

  • No office experience necessary 

  • Familiarity/intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with computer functions

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Self-motivation
