We are ISO 9001:2015 compliant and have IPC/WHMA-A-620 specialist certified inspectors.

We are ITAR registered and comply with required cybersecurity measures.

We have extensive experience with prototype and 1st article builds.

We provide a variety of cable assemblies from the very simple (2 circuits) to the very complex (50 or more circuits) utilizing. as small as 30 AWG wire to 2 AWG wire.

Our capabilities include both manual and automated processes to handle very small production runs (1-2 units) to very large runs of thousands of units in a cost-efficient manner.

We provide custom “build to print” wire and cable harnesses to the military, defense, medical and transportation industries

WE SPECIALIZE IN THE FOLLOWING:

  • Automated wire cutting, stripping, and crimping on a new high end Schleuniger machine

  • Semi-automated crimping utilizing TE and Molex crimp presses

  • Micro soldering utilizing state-of-the art microscope equipment

  • Radio Frequency (RF) cable assembly and testing.

  • State-of-the-art testing capability for IPC Class 2 & 3 requirements including continuity, insulation resistance and dielectric withstanding voltage

  • Can provide overmolded cables utilizing our network of subcontract partners

  • Box build and assembly capability

  • RoHS compliant capability
